"These thumbs help us get over soft ground because we can turn stumps over with ease or carry lengths of pole around to place under the machine and use them like bogmats. It also makes working on steep slopes far safer as you have more control over the stumps and debris that you need to move in front of you, reducing the risk of machine strikes. I wouldn't like to work a machine without one of these thumbs now."
